Richard earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University and graduated Cum Laude in May of 2012. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in September of 2012 and incorporated his law practice the very

next day working out of his mother’s living room. While in law school, Richard interned for a prominent entertainment law firm as well as the Office of the State Attorney Homicide Division dealing exclusively with murder cases. Just three months into his practice, Richard was defense attorney in a jury trial where he obtained a unanimous verdict of not guilty for his client facing felony charges. Thereafter, Richard focused his practice primarily on complex business disputes, deal negotiations, and new business startups. He represents national corporations, restaurant franchises, models, professional athletes, recording artists, music producers, real estate firms, venture capitalists, talent agents, entrepreneurs, and physicians.  Richard has been selected as Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2016, 2017, and 2018, an award given to the top 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40. Richard has successfully negotiated several major record deals, franchise agreements, commercial leases, mergers and acquisitions, trade secret agreements, endorsement deals and investment contracts for large corporations. His extensive litigation experience includes everything from small claims disputes to multi-million dollar claims against publicly traded companies.

Outside of the courtroom, Richard spends much of his time conducting motivational seminars for children and organizing charity fundraisers for children’s hospitals around the country. He has been featured in multiple legal magazines and published his first book, The Blueprint, in 2013. Richard is also a member of the Perish Counsel for Saint Philip’s Antiochian Orthodox Church and has taken an active role in artist management, music and film production, as well as event promotions.
